Effective October 9, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how PROX Advisors (“PROX Advisors,” “we,” “us” or “our”) collects, uses and discloses information in connection with proxadvisors.com (the “Site”). By using the Site, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide. We collect information you submit through the Site, including:

  • Free Market Read requests: business information (industry, state, year founded, revenue, earnings and earnings type, and number of employees), your role, name, email address, telephone number and company website, and any additional information you choose to provide.
  • Contact inquiries: your name, email address, company website, subject and message.
  • Meeting requests: information you enter when scheduling a call through the Google Calendar booking page embedded on the Site, which Google provides to us so that we can hold the meeting.

We also retain information you provide when you communicate with us by email or telephone.

Information collected automatically. The Site uses cookies and similar technologies provided by Google Analytics and HubSpot to understand how visitors use the Site. This information may include IP address, browser and device type, approximate geographic location, pages viewed, time spent on the Site, links and buttons selected, referring website, and whether a form was submitted. If you submit a form, HubSpot may associate your prior activity on the Site with the contact information you provide.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • respond to inquiries, prepare Free Market Reads, and schedule and conduct meetings;
  • communicate with you about our advisory services;

  • maintain the security of the Site and prevent spam and misuse.

We treat business and financial information you provide as confidential.

3. How We Disclose Information

We do not sell personal information, and we do not provide it to third parties for general marketing purposes. We may disclose information in the following circumstances:

  • Service providers. We use service providers that process information on our behalf, including Netlify (website hosting and form processing), HubSpot (contact management and website analytics) and Google (website analytics and meeting scheduling).
  • Legal and business requirements. We may disclose information when required by law or legal process, to protect our rights or the rights of others, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of assets or reorganization of our business.

4. Cookies and Your Choices

You may block or delete cookies through your browser settings; the Site will continue to function. You may opt out of Google Analytics by installing Google’s opt-out browser add-on (opens in a new tab). The Site does not currently respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals, as no uniform standard for those signals has been adopted.

5. Data Retention

We retain form submissions and contact information for as long as reasonably necessary for our business relationship with you, or until you request deletion, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted for legal, accounting or record-keeping purposes. Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months.

6. Your Requests

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, or ask that we stop sending you communications, by contacting us at info@proxadvisors.com. We will respond to requests within a reasonable time.

7. Security

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we collect.
